Rooms are nice. Beds are fine, bath room is nice - enough space. Room has enough space for your clothes and luggage. But staff does not really speak anything else than turkish - at an international hotel. Absolutely insufficient English, French, Italian, German. Not even able to organize cabs/taxis. The excuse: "We do not have an agreement with a taxi company." Surrounding area is nothing but ugly. Houses in the neighborhood are good for demolition. You have to respect; They don't serve alcohol. Night ends at 5:45h because of the morning call of the muezzin.

No English speaking employees, even at the reception. I asked for a double bed and they gave me two single beds. I had to remind them that we are two persons in the room, even though the reception had our passports ! I had to ask maybe 5 …

The worst hotel I have visited in my life. Very bad service.The rooms are not clen.When we arrived, they weren't cleaned the rooms before . No lighting in the room. And when we check out, they helped us with the bags to the car so he asked for money for each one for extra service!! One day. I called the reception he said he cant help because There is no one with him in the hotel to cover him cuz I requested a towel (when the lady clean the room she didn't put a new one , its the old one she just put it back) I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

we stayed around 10 days in this hotel and we can say that the experience was a success. Firstly, my wife and daughter arrived 03 days before me and my other son...the cordiality, support and attention with them was the differential. so when we arrived it was no different, cordiality and promptness happened at all times when needed or even when we left or arrived at the hotel as for the rooms, nothing to point out.. they were always clean, well-groomed and stocked. as far as breakfast is concerned, kos served perfectly, well-organized food and clean facilities I leave only my congratulations to the entire team of employees for the excellent service

VeryLimited service. Just for rest and not for staying and chilling. Non-alcoholic service. No facilities ( spa , swimming pool, gym, ) internet was fine.

The location is very close to taksim square it’s around 10 min walking. The breakfast was nice and price affordable. The room is good and bed comfortable. The team was lovely and they upgraded our room for free. |The bathroom is leaking sometimes and there is a smell thus this needs improvement from their end.

Lovely hotel & great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff & right opposite the Acibadum Hospital where I had surgery. Very pleased with room & very clean everywhere.

super busy street everytime noisy day time - night time, around of hotel very poor streets and feeling unsafety, also building on over hill and impossible parking or wait with car, infront only 2 car capacity and everytime full.||AC has …
